Our Approach

Ashley Akins is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst in Texas with experience supporting adolescents and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities across residential, state-supported, and community-based settings.Her clinical background includes work within HCS waiver services, ICF/IID residential programs, and state-supported living systems, with a focus on behavior support planning, staff training, and systems-level intervention design.Ashgrove Behavior Consulting was founded to provide practical, implementation-focused behavioral support for care teams operating in complex residential environments.
